Do you offer quantity discounts?
  Yes we do! The more you order, the less you pay. Quantity and discount price are calculated for each hat style, color, and design combination. Discounts are calculated automatically. For large quantities, ask us for a quote at
What type of payments do you accept?
  Our site accepts VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. Corporate customer may pay by check, but you will need to talk to us first.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will not be charged until we have received your final artwork proof approval, at which point your order goes into production at The Game.
How quickly will I receive my art proof?
  TCS will submit your design to The Game's Graphic Arts Department immediately upon receipt. Turnaround can take up to 3 days, but often less. Note that if your design requires collegiate or Greek licensing approval, it can take up to an additional week. The Game will coordinate the licensing process, but it does take some time.
Do you have minimum quantity requirements?
  Every order is 100% custom made, and most have the low minimum quantity requirement of 12. Note that minimums are for each style-color-design combination. Quantites may not be combined across categories to meet this minimum.
How long does production take?
  Most orders can be shipped within 14 business days (M-F) after you've approved The Game's design proof. The hats are embroidered at The Game's facility in Georgia. UPS shipment will take 2-4 days, depending on your location. Special orders requiring overseas production will take longer.
Do you collect sales tax?
  TCS collects sales tax on orders to states that impose a sales tax. If your organization is exempt in a state or jurisdiction where we collect sales tax, please supply us with the appropriate expection or resales certificate.
