Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  FREE SHIPPING sitewide on all U.S. orders. International orders will be automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policies
Return policies are listed below by product type. We offer full refunds (including shipping and handling) on any defective stock merchandise.

1.On Stock items if you're not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the sale. Merchandise must be in perfect condition with tags still attached . Please include a note explaining your reason for return and whether you request an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling fees). We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

All returns are processed within 48 business hours of receipt.

Credits are issued back to the original payment method and usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

2. Custom orders may be canceled for a full refund if the customer does not approve final artwork design. After the customer has approved final artwork and hats are sent to production, custom orders are nonrefundable. Any defective custom product will be replaced.
