Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policies.
We offer full refunds (including shipping and handling) on any defective stock merchandise.

The Shack Guarantee

1. On Stock items if you're not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the sale. Merchandise must be in perfect condition with tags still attached . Please include a note explaining your reason for return and whether you request an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling fees). We strongly recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

All returns are processed within 48 business hours of receipt.

Credits are issued back to the original payment method and usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

2. Custom orders may be canceled for a full refund if the customer does not approve final artwork design. After the customer has approved final artwork and hats are sent to production, custom orders are nonrefundable. Any defective custom product will be replaced.
