| Can I cancel my order before it has shipped? | |
| You may cancel any time before you have approved your artwork proof. Once this has been approved, your order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled. | |

All TCS orders are custom made and are therefore non-refundable unless defective. We offer a re-do or full refund for any defective merchandise. Credits will be issued back to the original credit card.
